Job Responsibilities:
1, the preparation of general ledger vouchers, while completing the financial statements issued and related analyses. Comprehensive grasp of the company's financial position, operating results and changes in funds;
2, analyse the problems in the accounting and operation system and make recommendations. Assist in improving the company's financial management system, including the company's accounting, accounting supervision and other aspects of the work and develop, maintain and improve the relevant procedures and processes.
3、Participate in the management of the company's construction projects, supervise the implementation of the project and the progress of payment, participate in the project contract statistics and acceptance of the project.
4、Monthly verification of the use of fixed assets and registration, depreciation of fixed assets to do a good job, the annual supervision and organisation of the fixed asset inventory, inventory verification, disposal and account processing.
5, with the cooperation and collaboration of the financial manager to do a good job in the management of the department, do a good job in the statistical department required by the statistical reporting work
6, regularly accept the audit of the external audit firm, mainly with the audit to provide the required information, and according to the audit situation in a timely manner to update the financial accounts adjustments and statements issued by the work.
7、Responsible for the management of financial files and docking window with the relevant departmental documents and files.
8、Responsible for the company's tax-related work, under the authority of the company on behalf of the company and the outside world related to financial and tax management departments and agencies to liaise and maintain good relations of cooperation.
Job requirements:
1、National university undergraduate degree or above, accounting, financial management and other related professional
2, intermediate or above, registered tax accountant is preferred.
3, at least 8 years of work experience, large manufacturing industry general ledger accounting work for more than 3 years, more than 1 year of management experience, group companies or listed companies or biopharmaceutical company background is preferred;
3、Strong executive ability, some anti-pressure ability, communication ability and cost consciousness.
