Departmental wall is an invisible "wall" that hinders the transmission of information and exchange of work between departments and employees within the enterprise. In order to strengthen the effective communication and collaboration between departments, so as to improve work efficiency and ensure the smooth progress of the work. 5 August 2022, the company invited Mr. Zhou Wenbin to give the management personnel above the head of the team the theme of "cross-departmental communication and collaboration" training.
The content of the course is divided into four aspects: the importance of cross-departmental communication and collaboration, barriers to communication and collaboration, the three principles of cross-departmental collaboration and the application of cross-departmental communication methods to solve practical problems. The teacher made the art of communication more relevant to our work and life through a combination of theoretical explanations, tools and role-playing examples.
After the class, participants have said that the classroom through the scenario simulation, game interaction, personal demonstration, etc., clear the cross-sectoral work with the idea of collaboration and communication, and mastered the methods and skills of efficient communication, and will be in the work of further study and understanding, in the behaviour of the positive changes in order to improve work efficiency, and to promote the work of the future to a new level.
