On the morning of 22nd July, 2022, the new staff development training with the theme of "Youthful Excitement, Creating Brilliance, Pursuing Excellence and Embodying Values" kicked off in Jintan, Changzhou. The new staff development was carried out in two batches, with a total of more than 130 employees participating in the training. The training aims to enhance communication and understanding between employees, strengthen team cohesion and centripetal force, and create a unity and mutual help, positive and upward corporate culture atmosphere.
This expansion training is divided into ice-breaking journey, Da Vinci secrets, breakthrough Lei Zheng, rapid 60S, joint efforts to build a tower and victory jigsaw puzzle board multiple links, each link allows employees to recognise the importance of teamwork, only in unison, in order to complete the team's tasks smoothly and efficiently. From the initial unfamiliarity to the subsequent familiarity, everyone worked hard to achieve the common goal.
The two-day and one-night outreach training is the release of indulgence, the test of physical strength, the honing of willpower and the embodiment of team spirit. Through this new staff development training, while promoting the growth of employees, it can let them release their mind and relieve the work pressure, so as to improve the work efficiency, mobilise the work enthusiasm and enthusiasm, and lay a solid foundation for the company's humanistic construction and sustainable development.
