Successful completion of the second phase of Closed Loop Management, a comprehensive competence enhancement training camp for first-line supervisors

On 29th April, Kangrun Bio invited Mr. Xue Zhiqiang, a senior lecturer and senior management consultant of Bestray, to conduct the training of "Closed Loop Management" course in the second phase of the Comprehensive Ability Improvement Training Camp for First-Line Supervisors, and 41 first-line supervisors participated in the training.
The training of Mr Xue, the teacher of Bestray, took planning, execution, checking and action as the starting point, and explained the method of closed-loop management in depth through PPT explanation, case analysis and filling in the blanks of the questions, at the same time, the first-line supervisors warmly explored the difficulties and key points in the process of closed-loop management according to their own actual situation. Mr. Xue summarised and analysed the different responsibilities of managers, different responsibilities, different concerns, clear management standards, methodological guidance, problem-solving action plan for managers, and put forward effective management practices for management standards, clear job responsibilities, mastery of one's own time, efficient time management, and measures to make the ideas come to fruition. Focus on the goal as a grip, stare at the process, take the results of the effective closed-loop management.
