The strain was originate from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the United States, which is widely used internationally. The Vero cell line is derived from ATCC in the United States, and it is a cell strain has been approved and recommended by WHO and FDA. CuroVax is the first domestic company to utilize nuclease to remove Vero DNA and obtained an invention patent. The vaccine is packaged in single doses, allowing for flexibility in both the four-dose and five-dose vaccination schedules. This provides greater flexibility in vaccine administration.
